Some highlights for your travel and workshop:

Departure from the United States is on April 28, 2027. 

Your arrival day in Florence is 29 April, 2027, following an overnight flight from the United States to Europe.

Some of the attendees of the workshop may wish to arrive earlier, or stay later, than the dates of the workshop. If you are interested in these options, please contact me. We are available to assist with early arrival/stay later plans. 

We have arranged for three meals a day on the estate while participating in the workshop. On the the group is in Florence, lunch will be on your own. Recommendations will be made by us to assist you in finding excellent fairly priced 'local places' for the noon meal in Florence.

Accommodations are twin rooms with private baths for each room. For those who need Queen size beds for your stay, we can accommodate those requests as you may require.

The Departure date from Florence to the United States is May 6, 2027. For those staying on in Italy after the workshop, please let me know and we will work on those arrangements as requested.

Flight information: 

The airport code for Florence, Italy is FLR. We recommend connecting in Munich, Germany. The Munich airport code is MUC. Lufthansa provides daily evening departures from Charlotte Douglas Airport to Munich, with excellent connections to Florence. Using this route on return is our recommendation; Florence to Munich, Munich to Charlotte. 

Transfers on 29 April for your arrival in Florence with transfers from Florence Airport to the estate and from the estate to the Florence Airport on May 6, 2027 are included with your fee. 

Mark is working with Terry to arrange time for all the participants to 'meet' on Zoom, or other means (Google Meets) so we can talk further about the workshop and answer your questions.
