Congratulations to WAA member Allison Fanelli!

WAA Member, Allison Fanelli, painted a picture in honor of the US Coast Guard for the Maritime Art Show at

Franklin Square Gallery in Southport.
Fanelli donated her painting to Lee Daniels of the Oak Island Coast Guard station at the Artist's Reception on Friday, November 1, 2024. Fanelli says "That was the true honor.

Thank you to our Coast Guard and all servicemen and women who serve and protect us."

WAA Members Help with Donations for Western North Carolina Hurricane Helene Rescue Mission

Thank you so much to WAA Members who gathered together and donated non-perishable foods, clothing, blankets, bedding, linens, paper products and money with only a short notice!!!

Huge thanks to Sean Gamsby, owner of More Space Place, for putting this together and taking a truck to Baker Heights Baptist Church in Hendersonville NC on Friday! All our donations will go directly into the hands of those who so desperately need them. More Space Place is a Silver Sponsor for our Annual WAA Art Show every year!

So glad we could also support and help them and our neighbors in WNC!

There's still time to donate! The truck is leaving on Friday!
